Has any one ever used Undertile Heating was thinking of installing it in the Widowhood boxes.

Why would you want to do that? It is light that determines the state of the pigeons' breeding condition, although if you can improve the humidity levels it will be of benefit to the pigeons. If you do decide to provide heat, I reckon it will be for your own comfort more than that of the pigeons.

how much extra light is needed ? which way for humidity ? ( i assume down?). what sort of bulbs? normal,infra red or new 'daylight' types?.......sorry for the questions but confused on this issue

I was in a loft in Germany and this guy had small heating bricks at the entrance to each nest box and the cocks were in such fantastic condition.They were switched on 3 days prior to the race and his results were outstanding.
