Bull Box

Hi Every one

 

I went to a show years ago and i remember a bloke giving a chat on the bull box system. He had a box/ cage with a perch in the middle and there was one box in each corner, for four hens. Do people still sell/ use these and i was wondering if any one knows how to use them.

how big are they lol. can you put them in your stock loft on the wall or do they need to be in a section on there own. Not sure if having other birds around would put the bull box birds off the job in hand lol.
