No (well I wouldn't anyway) you are better with roof felt. but, that's just my opimion.

         Replace your roof with onduline sheeting, no felting and you also have your air flow as well, best thing since sliced bread believe me.

yep and make sure plenty support if not on top of sheets as when hot  summer they bow

Fish pond liner(from garden centre) under roofing felt. Looks neat and bone dry.

bloody ones i had did fishpond on roof push up from inside get drowned but not enough support i supppose if flat
