Yea wait till your loft leeking like mad , and you'll get a tube of silicon in the post from them, don't waist ur time and money

ive heard more good reports than bad mate abot blakes ...and ive never had a loft that i didnt have to silicone the corners for some reason

I have a Blakes loft, was about 4th hand when i brought it never had a problem with it leaking...
