Birds Being Sick

looking at the birds today a few were being sick they ant been near any other birds for a while but just parted them i put them on coli killer any ideas

moving them causes stress and probably an active ingredient thats making them sick in the treatment , maybe this treatment is to be given on an empty crop ?

make sure they drink, but be light on feeding,

id get them tested mate could be any number of things

could be worms. when were they last checked/treated?
