wont be cheap from them i priced up a 30ft loft from them and i nearly fell off my chair my dad and i built one with all i wanted for less than quarter of the price

im just building one smiler to this and it will cost me about  250 pound to build and about 1 weeks work  it will be put up the end of this month

there are plenty of lofts around for sale i bought this one for around the £500 mark this year ..it was less than 12month old with nest boxes/baskets v perches/

the loft is almost built  it made from 8ft x 4ft  ply boards  its took 30 boards to build  it  and up to  yet its cost me  160 pounds to build it the felt for the roof will cost me 60 pounds  then i will have to put sections in side it when its up at the end of the month i will put some pics on

a got mine fae blakes lofts 10 years ago that was 1400 pounds so price will only have went up now :-/

i could build that for 200 pound ai found out a lad i know works in a timber yord ive had 5 good does of him the last on was 80 3/2s for £30 20 to the shop 10 in is pockit lol i just wish i knew he was doing it when i dd my shed i found out the week after lol
