ZK Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 Hi guys and girls, just wondering... at what temperature should the loft remain during the winter months?? Is the same amount of ventilation required as a normal sunny day - or should this be reduced?? Thanks in advance, ZK
Tony C Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 Hi guys and girls, just wondering... at what temperature should the loft remain during the winter months?? Thanks in advance, ZK As near to the temperature outside of the loft. If the inside of the loft were to be much warmer than outside temperature the ventilation would be bringing in cold air which in turn would hit the warm air inside of the loft which will cause a draught. Pigeons will tolerate the cold but add a draught you could be inviting respiratory problems into your loft.
