V Perch Spacing

How far apart and above and below should v perches be?

 

Is it better to have extra perches in the section also?

 

I need 20 perches which i can fit a reasonable amount apart, but would i be better say have 25 with them closer together?

would 6 inches apart and 12 inches below and above be enough?

i would say a little more than 12 inches above and below, remember that they have to be able to fly onto and off.
