All looks magic...

 

You could have an aviary to the right of the existing door with stall trap and still enter that door..

 

Then have an aviary on the yb side with an aviary door leading on to your new door... stick a stall trap on that.. bobs your uncle..!!!

 

Gets them out all day without fear of getting hawked..

 

And stall traps are a wicked method of trapping... means you never need to catch a doo..
