Cleaning Oil Of My Birds

please help,

two of my white birds have somehow managed to get covered in oil,,

any tips or advice on what i can use to remove....

washing up liquid neat massage in and rinse off repeat if needed , wrap in tea towel on warm hot water bottle also they may have ingested some oil some charcoal tablets / clay pickstones to cleans them internaly

Minerals,salt, something missing from there diet maybe.Only found out co's mates wife ran over 2 of them when visiting.
