My next door neighbour likes to feed the wild birds and always has bread out for them.

How do i stop my pigeons from landing in his garden and eating the bread?

Do i keep scaring them away like you do when they land on the roof?

wait until the wild birds have eaten it, have you had a nice word with your neighbour, are they friendly, I have one at my back whoo feeds the gulls and they sh-t all over the place,on cars etc, i have told my neighbours that its them that sh-t on the cars etc not the pigeons, just to let them know, also thowing bred etc about like they do can cause vermin,

get a dead rat and fling it in there garden next to where they feed the wild birds

It's a tricky one... you'll have to be careful because that bread could easily get infected and make all your birds ill. I think the best bet is to ask your neighbour to either only throw food down when your birds won't be out, or to at least ask him to put it on a clean block of wood. That way at least if they eat it they won't get ill.

The biggest drawback is that if you're sending your birds out hungry (so that they have more incentive to come back to feed) and then they eat, they'll just hang outside for ages and not be as keen on returning.
