Great Tooshy Boy i think i will come down, i am on hols from the following weakend so it would be great, to come along, i have thought about it and think i may try for some late birds for mid to late august when i return. This will get me tuned in for the coming years and hopefully i will learn all there is to caring for the birds.

ive been looking through a few sites and had plenty great comments of encouragement. I have decided it would be best to get started this year and the loft is underway. Back hols in first week of august and will look to get some young birds then, hopefully reds, whites, grizzles etc a nice mix with a max of about 10 to start with.

 

I was looking at the Louela site, my god the prices for older birds are amazing even though heavily reduced still very expensive, i never realised the cost of these birds, thankfully i will stick to the youngsters. Who knows what the future will hold though.
