It's our first time also .Weather was raining steady when we got up at 4.30 but has been clear and sunny now for some time in n.w. cambs.pleased we have ets but still nerve racking waiting

Yes I've read it on there but it doesn't make sense if you read it closely!

On NRCC site under 'News' it is saying that their computer system cannot understand second day timings hence negative velocities. On 'News' they have put a couple of corrected provisional results. Well done every bird i reckon.

Dont give up Jim, it was a hard race, so don't condemn your birds. What you do get home will be worth their perch mate. Good luck, they will be there ;)

thanks bob for the kind words. i've got to take it on the chin though...they were experienced birds who'd club carded out of scotland in 2008 & 2009 and i prepared them as i have all my birds for the scots races this season. but where as i've been going really well, upto now,it obviously seems a big 'step up' and i've now got to try and learn something from it
