this subject was touched on already, but why is it that nobody reports stray doos,i've had 2 strays in this season and reported both of them, it's not a hard thing to do,i think some fanciers can't be bothered with hassle and just nut them,it's not percy that's killing them all, when you have a small team and lose a few of your birds it hits you hard and it's like starting all over again every year.

I've reported a few this year. And i have also had my birds reported to me. so maybe people don't report doo's like it used to happen but if you get a doo in give a feed and drink and if you fell can can make it home then send it on its way. If not then report it.

likewise ive had a few in this year and have through pigeon basics & shu managed to have them reclaimed, but 2 were reported and still i have heard nothing both were highlands & islands birds, so i fed them up & made sure they were fit enough and travelled about 80 odd miles up the road & released them, its a sad state of affairs when fanciers dont reclaim them because of £20 £30 for a courier if they grudge that then maybe its time thay took up another past time/hobby/sport??
