Found A Dead Bird

ive found the remains of a dead pigeon, looks like it was a sparrowhawks breakfast, it had 2 rings, and trying to let the owner know.ive established its from ireland, but the contact has no e-mail address. the rings areas follows;-

green rubber band type.with number 5389

yellow plastic/metal. IHU 09 S 32201

 

 

can someone let me know this has been recieved

its a irish homing union ring hopefully a member will get you the unions number to contact owner of birds fate
