WDA DECIDED TO LIB BIRDS DAY EARLIER DUE TO POOR FORECAST FOR SAT

BIRDS LIB SO NO BIRDS HOME BEFORE 5.30 INTO DARLINGTON FRONT END OF THE

AMAL 240 MILES. COMMON SENSE PREVAILED FOR ONCE.

LIBERATED 12.00 INTO A NORTH WEST WIND ESTIMATE 6HRS TO NORTH END 275 MILES

Turned out to be a tough race with several missing birds arrived at the top end of the amal

close to my estimatiom of 6hrs 5hrs 55 to tyne/derwent

the winners of the amal are NELSON /HALL & RAMM OF BEARPARK(DEERNESS VALLEY FED with a vel of 1379
