hi all i could do with some help getting my birds to fly round the loft as they do about 5-10 Min's Ive had them tested and its all clear I'm 5 mins behind most weeks in the club any help would much much appreciated as there doing my head in :angry::lol::lol:

Lots of fanciers would settle for 5 mins behind, means your not far away. If you want them flying longer at home you can always flag them for 30 mins then let them do their own thing for 30 mins.

You did not say what system you fly the birds on. If it is Widowhood I can help but there are plenty of other people that would know more than me about other systems.

If they're in good health and your not keeping them short of food that leaves the mind set of your pigeons isn't right. I'll list a few reasons that could possibly stop them wanting to exercise.

 

The more they see of their hens the less they'll fly around home.

Keep out of sight of them when they're exercising.

They shouldn't be able to see other pigeons outside when confined to the loft.

Leave them well alone when they're in the loft, dont keep disturbing them.
