Steph.Iam sure it will be 09 therefore the secretary of the club where its from is a MR.CLARE,his number is 01616 107237,he will tell you who it belongs to,but it needs to be contained before the owner will be able to do anything about it.

If you can catch him, bring him in. He will go in a cat carrier or even loose in a shed. Whether you can catch him or not, a good feed and a deep (about "2) dish of water will help him. If you have wild bird seed, give him a good handful of that and he will pick out the seeds he recognises. He might just be hungry and tired and in a couple of days can continue on his journey home. If you can give us a definite ring number, someone on here will help you to locate his owner.
