Lost Pigeon

We have found a lost pigeon, we live in Orgiva, Granada, Spain. It has been with us for 2 weeks, I can feed the pigeon by hand, but it will not let me handle or look at the ring, I only managed to get some of the details, they are as follows- Portugal 009 3477298.

I can give you the address and phone number of the Portugese Pigeon Union but unless you can catch the pigeon and obtain the full number as well as contain it its not much use notifying the owner.

The phone number for the Portugese Union is +351 239 853 100,this is how its written here in England so the +351 maybe the code from here allthough not sure about the + sign,if you give them the ring details they will notify the owner.
