Where you have put testing i can't even reply. It says "you can't reply to this topic" on the button which would normally say add reply. It's like moderators + admins can but members can't, can anyone else post??

go to desired board click start new topic and your away

I know how to do it lol, I can do it on any other section. Just not that one? No members seem to be able to reply or start topics, just moderators + admins?

i just did a test topic your right as its your section normal members cant open topics on there , perhaps needs looking at by admin to ensure your set up properly to post on there in the admin settings
