hi. i am lookin into purchasing some birds from a person in hereford in the uk, with delivery to Dublin. Neither of us are sure how to do this. would anyone know of anyone who provides this service?

ARE BIRDS ALLOWED TO BE MOVED TO AND RFOM IRELAND WITHOUT A LICENSE OR SOMETHING OR ARE THEY ALLOWED TO MOVED ACROSS AT ALL.
