Amtrak (surcharges)

Just receceived my amtrak bill today,they are now charging an extra 10% fuel surcharge on top of the normal price.

This makes the price £24.20 now,it would have been nice to have been told this before the bill arrived.

I used Amtrak last week and there was no surcharge on.

Check with head office and make sure it is not the local driver as they are on franchise to Amtrak and it could be him that has put up the price

re amtrak does anyone know if delivery is not before 12 do you have to pay.............. also I paid £22.50 last week i think price is different where you live

i used them last week and no petrol charge

The bill came from the Head office,I don't pay the driver because I have an account with Amtrak.

Must get my eyesight checked again!
