pigeonpete Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 Bit early for training ybs for me yet mate!! hope you get them all back! dont know what weather ws like near you last sunday but it was nt first training toss weather here in sunny crewe mate
Guest marvin Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 i know what your saying but these are january bred and on the lightness they look and handle like yearlings now with two flights to go so they have to get movin besides i expect a lot out of my young ones so i have to put a lot more work in to them than most if the weather is right they will get 30 tosses before the first race so lack of training will not excuse them if they bugger up as you can see im one of those flyers who enjoys his young bird racing as much as the old ones
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 MY YOUNG BIRDS ARE ALSO BRED IN JANUARY/FEBRUARY AND I ONLY START TRAINING THEM A COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE RACING STARTS AND THIS ALLWAYS SEEMS TO BE OKAY FOR ME.
