natural Vs widowhood

i`ve been racing on the natural system for ten years with some success but this year i`ve been beaten out of sight every week by widowhood cocks.About 90% of the fancier`s in my club race on widowhood.the thing i like to race my hens but i`ve been too stubburn to change to the widowhood system because i`m told that the hens are wasted and are used just to wind the cocks up.my best race bird is a hen she beats my cockbirds every week, but on the other hand if i did change to widowhood i could have a cock bird my loft that could be much better than her.i`m thinking of changing over to widowhood next season and would like some advice.if i want more success is widowhood the way forward.I can`t race on the roundabout system because i don`t have the loft space, looking forward to your views...cheers

Find the space Kev, cut down on your birds if neccessary, race cocks and hens on widowhood, You'll only need half the size of your natural team if your birds are good enough. It's a much cleaner way of racing,no messy nests, no sitting hens, clean out in two minutes.
