I THINK YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE A BIT MORE IMFORMATION BARRY BEFORE ANYONE ON HERE CAN HELP YOU.I.E.ARE YOUR BIRDS OUT FOR LONG PERIODS SITTING ON THE NEIGHBOURS ROOF,HAVE YOU RECENTLEY FELL OUT WITH THEM OVER SOMETHING ELSE,WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THEM WITHOUT FALLING OUT,GIVE US SOME IDEA WHAT THE SITUATION IS LIKE WITH YOUR NEIGHBOURS.

thay are old and i cant talk 2 them i got the rspca 4 stoneing my dog and last year they throw wate land up the road r at my yong birds and there old 1 wont land on my roof thay land up the road

The neighbours are old and i cant talk to them as they are very nasty. I had to get the RSPCA out last year as they were stoning my jack russell.

 

They scare the pigeons off the roof by banging a stick against there top window on the gutter. They throw water over my young birds when they cant fly. My birds now land up the road and sometimes not all of them will come in.

 

They also out plastic bags on there washing line.

maybe a case for the rspca again, as throwing water over the babies would be termed cruelty

rspca said when they stoned my dog thay coul not do any thing unless thay hurt her and would be hard 2 prove would b same with birds

I THINK THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL AN OLD BA"£$%D I THINK YOU WILL HAVE TO JUST GET THE BIRDS IN AND OUT AND DO NOT LET THEM SIT ABOUT I KNOW THIS IS HARD WITH THE YOUNG BIRDS BUT JUST KEEP GOING AS IF YOU GIVE UP THE BIRDS THEY HAVE WON

i no but last year with yong bird i let them out and they must watch me cos as soon as thay went out they would scare them

the thing is there family have birds and thay told me 2 get a allotment no way i have waited year 4 my own house and pigeons have been in my family since the war

take a photo of them doing these things, then show the photos to the rspca,,,,and maybe change your dog to a rotweiler

I've a feeling that Banded birds, because the carry their own identification number are classed under law the same as any piece of electrical equipment with an identification number and damaged to them could be reported to the police and classed as criminal damage
