I have been given some older Roller Pigeons about1-2 years old. They never been handled. After reading one of the post here I decided to pick one up during the nite , I carefully lifted one up at my suprise he just slightly resisted being picked up.I was sure to have the tips of my fingers just above his wing so he would not try to wiggle

away. I will try each nite to hold him for a minute.

Do you think an older bird will get use to being handled ?

Thanks Jason
