Bad trainer in Oregon

My club had a short trainer this morning from approx 60 miles.  I didn't send as the realease point was too far north of where I've been training from.

He released about 400 birds at approx 8 am, at noon there was less that 20% back, onle guy only has 8 home from 80.

Hope the weather improves before our club trainer on Saturday, had horrendous Thunder storms and heavy rain since 4 pm yesterday. Lost power for three hours last night

Do you think this could be the cause hyacinth? Atmospherics

Not sure Tony, Steve left with the birds at 4 this morning it was still banging the bolts out then, he waited at the release point for over an hour just to make sure the storm had passed and called all the other flyers to check on the weather at their lofts.  I was good all along the return route and I put my birds out about 7/7.30 without any problems, some flew for about 3 hours.

It was a good day for a toss, high scattered clouds, good visibility (steve said it was good all the way back) and the temperatures a lot cooler than late, just a very slight headwind.

When they did a trail run off with the Electronic Clocks last night there were still many pigeons missing.

The worst hit were the 2 North end flyers, one had 8 from 56 and the other 30 from 80.

Interesting to note that the guy I've been training hard with had the least number missing 13 out from approx 55.

At the moment leaves me as the "MOB FLYER" with 57
