AMTRAK..another let down!!

hi, today i should have been having some birds picked up today which was supposed to be picked up by amtrak.i ordered the pick up last week and thought everything was ok!

i phoned earlier today to ask wether all was ok (amtrak)...i got the reply that everything was going as planned and the birds would be with me tomorrow(tuesday).

well later on i recieved a phonecall from the person who i was having the birds off saying that amtrak at his end did not know of any such order???.

so i phoned my local cardiff office and asked wot was going on.

the nice manered lady(not) told me she couldnt find any such order.i then had to re order the pick up hopefully for today, but once again amtrak has done wot it has been famed for in recent years...LETTING US FLYERS DOWN ....paul.

Just returned from a local club where I get my doo food, where a guy was telling us that Amtrak arrived at his door with an empty box, as the driver had claimed the bottom of the box had fell through, and the bird had escaped.Yet he still wanted paid!  The guy told him where to stick the box ;D ;D
