Just had the first rain in 11/12 weeks, except for one thunderstorm in the middle of a night a while ago.

 

Just our luck, it's the Oregon State One Loft race on Saturday and we're off for the weekend. Not many birds left, mine is still there, so here's hoping I come home with a bob or two

A few clubs around here ( mine included ) have finished racing two weeks early because of losses. Those that are racing, I wish you good luck.

Yes Clive I will be flying the flag as usual, I have a 6ft. x 4ft Union Jack I take with me to futurity races and I always wear my St. Georges Flag, Land of Hope and Glory T shirt for the Race.

 

I'm doubly flying the flag tomorrow as my bird has distinct UK connections it's Dad is a son of The Queens bird my friend in New Jersey bought a couple of years ago at The Blackpool Show Charity Auction.
