I have notice that some of my birds are missing patches of feathers on their neck. The patches without feathers are about the size of a ten pence. When i checked under some of the feathers around the bare patches i saw loads of long and thin like lice and i just wondered what i can do to get rid of them because they seem to be irritating my birds and they are making them look very rough...

any input really appretiated :-/

your birds should be moulting aroudn this time so its generally the case for the bare patches, for lice you should be able to buy any bird, cage and aviary spray in a petshop to deal with the lice  ;D
