Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF FOLK ON HERE IN THE LAST DAY OR TWO TELLING EVERYBODY THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE USED, DUNNO WHERE YOU BUY IT
steven booth Posted October 19, 2006 Author Report Posted October 19, 2006 Maybe people have been on here telling people not to use it but its upto the indvidual user if they want to use it
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 THATS TRUE THEY WERE JUST ADVISING PEOPLE NOT TO USE IT AND AS YOU SAY THATS UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL IF THEY WANT TO USE , MAYBE SOME OF THEM CAN TELL YOU WHERE TO GET IT
ACE LOFTS Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 what do want it 4 if u dont mind me asking
Guest Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 Maybe people have been on here telling people not to use it but its upto the indvidual user if they want to use it Not quite true if you live in the UK. Prescription only here, and then only when the vet has seen the animal, diagnosed the problem and decided that this antibiotic is best.
Guest anthony Posted November 9, 2006 Report Posted November 9, 2006 we do not find it any more here in Malta but we have Enrofloxin pills, which is the same
Dougie Posted November 9, 2006 Report Posted November 9, 2006 You can also get it in liquid form (Enroflox-cina) a lot cheaper than Baytril and not as harsh on the birds
paul l Posted November 9, 2006 Report Posted November 9, 2006 from yur local vet he will give u a persciption for it paul
NANCYVIEWLOFTS Posted November 10, 2006 Report Posted November 10, 2006 stay away from it unless you have a mega problem and then only on the advice of someone in the know remember its the SILVER BULLET only to be used when all else fails cause once you have used this on your birds nothing else works
Guest shadow Posted November 10, 2006 Report Posted November 10, 2006 prescrition only after the vet has examined the pigeon :-/
AlanWilkins Posted November 10, 2006 Report Posted November 10, 2006 If its my local vet you missed a bit off there prescrition only after the vet has examined the pigeon asked what its name is for there records : youve told the vet whats wrong with the bird : youve told them what you need to cure it : and been charged £25 consutation fee
Tony C Posted November 10, 2006 Report Posted November 10, 2006 Same here Alan but what rubs salt in the wound is when You have to tell Them what condition your bird has and how to treat it lol
Wiley Posted November 10, 2006 Report Posted November 10, 2006 we get all our stuff from america works out alot cheaper aswell just go to vitakingproducts.com have everything you need for pigeons there
