I actually have an original hard back copy complete with flysheet but to be honest its not much of a read you would be wasting your time. Leon's book is a bit more interesting but obviously a bit dated. Contains some of the usual old chestnuts like copper sulphate and some what more interestingly injecting birds with malucidin(spelling its a while since I read it) for cocci, he certainly new his stuff considering when he wrote the book!!
