I would but not too drastic, get them looking really sharp then they will stand like monuments wing butts out etc.

  All looks over wight need hard training to get in shape i think your bird is no 11 by a long shot   with the rest you can only try ;D ;D ;D no 11

heres a tip to get the sheen on the feathers and to loose a little weight into the bargain juice 4 carrots and a 2 cm piece of rot ginger   and add to water the pulp i give to birds with a drop of lemon juice to dampen corn and brewers yeast
