Sit in the loft with the babies, before they start perching, at feed time, whistle to them and feed them by hand. Become as tame as robins. Note: don't use the same whistle when feeding your old birds, because the youngsters will hear it, and not getting any food will learn to ignore your whistle. I can whistle my youngsters out of the sky when they are out and about around the loft. Never have any trouble trapping.
