what kind of the Vitamins you guy using .And when do we use the Electrolytes .i looking for multi-vitamins and trace mins. all in one  like VITATON-34 .what do think?

try some sea salt in your drinker lad

its got probiotics electrolites amino acids and vits all in one

i swear by it

1 spoonfull to about a gallon and half ,depends were u get ya sea salt though

for vits i use cytacon vitb12 or metatone tonic,for electrolites i use any really as i think they all do the same trick.
