It can't be a turkish tumbler as they have much less feathers on their feet.

It could be a Uzbek Tumbler as I have read that they come in short beak and medium beak. However there is no cap on the pigeon.

 

Therefore it could be a cross or a foreign breed.

There are breeds with a smooth head, 'beak-forelock', 'forelocks' and 'double-forelocks' :P

I FOUND THEM  ,THEY  ARE Markische Magpie Tumbler...

 

ANYBODY HAS ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THESE BREED..HOW THEY FLY AND HOW THEY TUMBLE??OR THEY ARE ONLY FOR SHOW...

ONE OF MY FREND BROUGHT THEM FROM GERMANY  I M PLANING THE BUY THEY ARE NOT CHEAP PRICE PER COUPLE AROUND 250 EURO ...IF THEY ARE ONLY FOR SHOW IS NOT WHAT I M LOOKING FOR...

Yes it is a Markische Elster,page 405 in the VKSK standards book

Hello,

 

the heads on them two birds look a bit different, the head on the original picture is very similar to the Hamburg Short-Faced Tumbler, duno if it comes in them colours though.  

 

They look almost identical to me :-/
