So you have a pair of yearlings that flew a tough 2 bird race yesterday. Neither turned up on the day but both on the second day in pouring rain. What would you do with them???????????

rest em up, give em maybe a couple of inland races and get em ready for bergerac. If you have a channel race about 3 weeks before bergerac give them that instead of the inland take your choice.

My yearlings all went this week very tough, 2 weeks rest then back to maybe messac and 3 weeks later bergerac 3rd race of season.

Plenty of 30 mile coastal tosses in those 3 weeks.

OK Darren. These are not my birds and the fancier concerned only has the two yearlings. Plus invalids and late breds. For me I'd put 'em away for next year! What do ya recon.
