has anyone else had a problem trying to get a hold of these useless B******s been trying for 10 mins to get an answer on the phone and they wont do it

amtrax are totaly useless around here in north wales we phoned them monday to pick a pigeon up from south wales they never picked it up at all have been trying to phone them 25 mins 30 mins 45 mins no one picking up the phone for 3 days now the gent in south wales had to sort it out his end by going to cardiff,s amtrax and dropped bird off there we have got the pigeon now but what a load of rubbish sorting it out and i havent given up phoneing them they will be told

:o :o beleive me Craig , they have been told . complained to HQ was the only way i could get any joy out of them .  :o :o :o send them 2 labels one marked *expletive removed* and one elbow with instructions to ask a member of public to help place them in the correct location , cos they clearly DO NOT KNOW  :o .andy

Fingers crossed, I,m suppose to have 2 pigeons collected today and delivered to me tomorrow :-/ :-/ :-/

from who ;) the guy at amtrak could'nt be any nicer, taped up the boxes and stapled all the loose bits,someone gave them the wrong day but thats a blonde for ya ;D

thats good coming from someone who had get the amtrak man to staple up the boxes for him and I  wont even  mention the loose bits  ;D and he talks about dumb blondes  ;D ;D ;D

i have two birds to be picked up monday in N,LINCS,allways had 100% service of them to date,but,how many will tell you the good service they have had,not many!!!  they would rather tell you about the bad ones much quicker and longer,,,,,,,,,,,,,,  ted

;) ill be honest Ted , had many good deliveries from them , but our local office mucked up in grand style earlier this year , 4 ybs from Wiley , almost a three week saga to get them to me , hours on the phone tried always to solve problem ,resolved in the end but left a very bitter taste in my mouth .  :o :o                                                          andy

lol andc mine, had simiular problems when another welsh fancier was hoping to collect one of his birds from me. That dragged on aswell amtrack seem to have been working very slow. Never had any problems apart from those two incidents, other then  that had brillant service.

Never ever had any trouble over the years, and was surprised to hear of their inefficiency elsewhere. But recently had a bad experience with them not picking the phone up. When they did pick it up, and I said, "About  time hey mate," he immediately put it straight down. I'm  afraid they've lost my future support. >:(
