Hi Ryan, The Pigeon Navigation forecast site you mean?  I don't know where he gets his data from, because I can see nothing to indicate poor conditions this weekend.  It doesn't mean that he is wrong, just maybe he knows something I don't !  Weather wise (rain etc) is looks poor, but insofar as Solar radiation is concerned there is "nothing on the clock" as far as I can see.

SIDC SOLAR BULLETIN 17 Jul 2007, 1314UT

SIDC FORECAST (valid from 1230UT, 17 Jul 2007 until 19 Jul 2007)

SOLAR FLARES  : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)

GEOMAGNETISM  : Quiet (A<20 and K<4)

SOLAR PROTONS : Quiet

PREDICTIONS FOR 17 Jul 2007  10CM FLUX: 072 / AP: 002

PREDICTIONS FOR 18 Jul 2007  10CM FLUX: 071 / AP: 003

PREDICTIONS FOR 19 Jul 2007  10CM FLUX: 070 / AP: 018

COMMENT: Geomagnetic activity is expected to remain quiet for the next

~36 hours then rise to unsettled to active levels. The solar wind speed

is currently dropping while the IMF remains weak. Judging by the

morphology of the recurrent coronal hole in comparison to previous

rotations, we expect the associated fast stream to arrive somewhat later

this time. Solar activity is expected to remain low to very low with

slight chance of an isolated event from NOAA AR 0963 (Catania 49) during

its decay phase.

This week's terrestrial weather forecast given on Landward yesterday, you inherit a south-moving band of rain which covers everything south of Scoottish Borders to English channel.  :)  :'(

Hi Ronnie, Sorry, been otherwise engaged elsewhere, did not see your request at Post 8.

All that you really need to view was the statement under "COMMENT" - which gives a brief statement of the predicted situation for 36 hours.  The Index was low, and gave little problem. Last weekend's weather, continuing into this week as Bruno points out, is much more of a problem to fanciers at present. There was (this morning) no sunspot activity visible.  Cheers, Bill.
