Think the way this thread 'snfc statement' went is typical.  As the letter stated, the matter is still sub-judice.

To: All members of SNFC

 

Dear Member,

 

A letter has been received from *SNFC members name removed*. The matter has been investigated by the officials who feel there is no case to answer. *SNFC members name removed* has been informed of the decision and his right to proceed further under the rules of the SNFC. It is our belief that this matter raised by *SNFC members name removed* is now subject of a police investigation.

I feel that this is not the statement we are waiting for. Until further details from the SNFC are available on the subject, we will not facilitate further debate on this matter.
