any designs on a sort of semi open loft maybe with just an open front doesnt have to be massive just for sum fantails for my younger bro and some kind of trap to stop the cats thanx in advance coxy

a ft long plankof wood on a hinge,,6ins inside the loft 6ins outside ,,with a lead weight under the end of the inside part ,, so that the outside part would take the weight of the pigeon, but anything heavier i,e, a cat, this would close

J.W has put it well doesn't even have to be a long plank just get the balance right and the birds will fly open hole all day and anything heavier than a pigeon or hitting it too hard will be excluded from the loft. I found it kept the birds fit.

Cat flap; If you pm me with your email I will send you a drawing of one I make one in minutes that is the best for cats, as it is just big enough for fantails
