Back garden fancier Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 Saw a thread for pigeon software, but can't find it now. Which software does anyone recomend? I've seen trial versions of eastcoast and PLO. Are they good or a pain to keep updated? Should I stick to my book or go hi-tech?
Guest Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 Hi I would recommend east coast software. I have been using them since about 1998. I have moved three times, updated the software severak times, changed partner names and they have always dealt with me speedily and courteously. About 6 weeks ago my hard drive died a death and last week I bought a lap top, loaded Loft Management System and it failed. Emailed Sunday evening and asked for help, had a reply that it was because I was now on Vista rather than XP (operating system), for a £10 to cover costs burning new CD and postage, they would send me one, e mailed back and said fine. This morning received CD in post loaded and all working!! And haven’t paid for it yet, that’s what I call service. The software is very practical and easy to use and I have never had a problem with it. The website is www.eastcoastsoftware.co.uk Alan

Guest paulrstokes Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 Hi I use compustam from Ray Knight for my own personal loft records, very easy to use. For the club I use Sec Pro from PLo software, once again excellent, and I will add Paul O Leary is always on hand to help wirth any queries etc, his service is second to none. PM me if you want his number
Back garden fancier Posted September 11, 2007 Author Report Posted September 11, 2007 Cheers everybody, I've got a few free downloads to check out and PLO seems easy to use. Has anyone used that one?
