THE FIFER Posted April 21, 2007 Report Posted April 21, 2007 is there any trace of egg on the bird or brocken shell lying around,
Guest Posted April 21, 2007 Report Posted April 21, 2007 Talking about something similar at clock-meeting today, clubmates have had magpies remove eggs from their loft.
nutverlal Posted April 21, 2007 Report Posted April 21, 2007 may have got stock to one of the parent bird and dropped it or still stuck to the feathers.
chickadee Posted April 21, 2007 Author Report Posted April 21, 2007 We have since found the egg, she had burried it in the sawdust in her nest, which i have never come accross that before........ thank god its ok because we have been waiting for her to lay for ages,we separated them for ten days and put them back together again and then she laid her egg. ;D ;D
