THE FIFER Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 up until now cant complain, did have one where i sent 2 birds and only one was delivered,but have had birds picked up today for delivery tomorrow so will see, fingers crossed,

THE PRIEST Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 I HAD TO VOTE BAD AS I REPORTED A OLD COCK TO A GUY IN SCOTLAND THIS YEAR (AN OLD FAVOURITE OF HIS) AMTRACK ARRIVED AT 7.30AM NEXT MORNING AND THE BIRD WAS DELIVERED AT 12.30PM NEXT DAY OVER 24 HOURS IN A BOX. PRETTY BAD SERVICE FOR £30 QUID.

nigel holloway Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 absolute crap,a total waste of space.phoned amtrak last week to pick a pigeon up from scotland,they sent a fax to the depot,bird NOT picked up.phoned the depot in scotland,the depot had moved 3 weeks previous. the cardiff branch didnt even know they had moved.phoned the amtrak main office,gave me a new number which i had to relay to cardiff. suprise they still didnt pick the pigeon up.
Guest Paulo Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 good off the durham depot its when your arranging things with other depots it seems to go wrong. The driver here is spot on even brings me birds and picks them up from work and always gives me extra boxes
Guest Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 UTTER DISGRACFUL SERVICE..in an overall discription of the service ive had. ive had a few good ones but more bad! last 3 pickups been disgraceful from a service that boasts its second to none..ha ha .they ought to stick to being comedians ..they are better at that !...paul
