hi all looking for some thoughts

i was looking at my design and was thinking

would i be better off building separate lofts say 8 x 8 rather than one big one

what do you think ???

and a happy new year to every one

More timber required for two lofts plus in damp wet weather easier under the one roof.  Also makes it easier settling ybs as old birds as is fact same loft just different entrance.  Good luck.  Get that hammer out we want to see progress photos :D

I am in the middle of puting another 24 footer up which will give me 2 @24 foot and 1 @ 12 foot in my garden

i cant put a concrete base down landlord wont let me

Sitting your loft on railway sleepers would be the next best option.
