breeds with chest frills often produce young without the frills.

     i believe the frill on the italian owl is known as the 'jabot'     so my guess is an italian owl minus the jabot.

looking at the first picture, it has the head of a" BERLIN SHORT FACE TUMBLER"  and the long neck also the wings carried under the tail, those are all the forms of a BERLIN SHORT FACED TUMBLER, also the neck has a trembling action,  but looking at the other photos ie. wings above the tail etc then there could be a bit cross in it,
