Shipping birds to Latvia?

Does anyone know if it's possible to ship to Latvia. Also, is it viable for young birds to be sent so far?  I don't know how long it takes but I wouldn't want them to be without food/water for long. :-/

would cost a fortune in qaurantine first then shipment price too !!!

 

 

if i remember right,dont take my word on it,i think they will have to go into a qaurantine centre some where around grimsby or there abouts for i think 4/6 weeks,but,that was years ago i knew about that,might have changed since then !!!   but,qaurantine is a must,i think,if shipping abroad !!
