If they get a duplicated bird in the result it gets 2 positions and are, and can only be equal velocity's. Draw isn't a recognised term in pigeon racing where as equal is! When I was secretary, if the last three decimal places in the velocity were the same, it was deemed a draw, a dead heat , a tie or even joint winners.
