just noticed a few people have said they have contacted us.. i have had no firm confirmation emails from anyone as of yet. so if you have sent an email could you please resend it as i have not recieved it.  my email address is amdeliveries@hotmail.com thanks

i cant believe they are letting people down he seemed that he wanted the buissnes when i spoke to him if he did he would respond and i took the time to promote him as i didn't want amtrak but seems that they aren't going to be reliable competiters to amtrak then

and to come on here last nite with his message also how rude if he isn't even replying

i  am sad to say the same thing happened to me ,i needed to get birds from manchester to me [cheers stu] i was told by am that they could do it sometime next week, amtrak [god help me] can do it on the same day, alright they might end up in malta crushed to death, but the problem is that these guys cannot get any bigger unless we use them, but if they cannot get the birds when we need them, they will not be used,a chicken and egg situation

On the other thread the guy said that he hadn,t received any confirmed emails, that was 10.30 last night, doesn,t seem as if they are getting off to a very good start on here, makes one wonder when you read postings like this wether its best to stick with who you know,I printed off their flyers to give to all our club members but it does make you think is it worth it.

I Pm'd them Tuesday evening and did get a very helpful reply last night but as my enquiry was urgent I rung their office number yesterday morning on and off for about 45min, no answer. I could have left a message but wanted something arranged there and then. I tried the mobile number on their web site and could not get that to be accepted by my phone. In the end I rung Amtrak around 10:00am yesterday & my birds were picked up just after 1:00pm the same day, and were delivered to me at 07:55 this morning.

I hope this is just teething problems and they will get better.

One area AM might like also to consider is delivery of Canaries & Finches etc as there is a real gap in the market here. To get birds from one end of the UK to the other will cost you atleast £50 now that Amtrak & Interlink have dropped out of delivering small birds.

I dont bother with Amtack or anyother delivery service ive had birds die with amtrack so now i get my mate to drive me to drop birds or pick them up its a shame that phantom pigeon couriors dont deliver in certain areas

we have had some horror stories with amtrak,, but we sent 4 to scotland on tuesday ,, they were picked up at 3pm,, they were delivered at 7am,, next day.. very good service,, but 2 months ago 3 went to scotland and didn't get there...they got to blackpool..

I think they are improving but have a long way to go..
