seems to me that the fanciers who buy corn from him should think again and tell him why they are going else where he might think twice if it ruins his trade

why would they go elsewhere for there corn etc, he doesn't effect them, buys there strays and supplies corn, what more do they want

wonder if this could be used on him rule117 a member shall be suspended if after investigationhe is found to have in his possessionwithout just cause any birdwhich is not his property and if peaple take strays to him he has in his hands birds not belonging to him that is not stray catching for councle

I am pretty sure he is not a member of the RPRA,that is why you have to claim your bird because he is a non fancier.

yes but im thinking police as if peaple take birds tere he never cought them while working did he

But then you have to prove that he didn,t catch them in his traps he as scattered around the buildings where he lives.
